What is a good wireless microphone for recording to a computer?
I am a high school teacher and I wish to record the stories I tell in the classroom so the students and their parents can use them for study/review at home. Which product should I use? I need something that has good quality of recording and is reasonably priced. I do not want voice amplification, just recording to the computer.
Well if you use a wireless mic system, it will be expensive and confusing because youll have to buy a mic and wireless reciever. if i were you, i would buy a small tape or digital recorder that has a small external mic input. then you can buy a small lavelier mic which you clip on your chest or even inside your coat. you can run its wire down to the recorder in your pocket. if you mess something up or are interrupted, you can pause recording without going back to your desk. the only downside is transferring everything to computer afterward. you can search guitar centers website for wireless systems.
